Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' physical well-being
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Valid PT license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding
- Experience in infant, toddler, and home care
- Proficiency in pain management and family planning
- Familiarity with discharge planning procedures
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and tube feeding procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
