**The Role**

In this role, you will perform the safe and efficient installation of refrigerators and freezers, ensuring they meet all functional and regulatory requirements. You will prioritize efficient use of time and resources to consistently meet installation targets. Existing units will be recovered and recycled which is a requirement. Customer service and adherence to program policies is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct installations according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Employ time-saving techniques to optimize the installation process.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of refrigerator and freezer functionality for efficient troubleshooting.
- Ensure all connections are secure and functional, minimizing the need for callbacks.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Document installations accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum [High School Diploma/GED] or equivalent.
- Previous experience in appliance installation or a related field (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.21 - $26.75 per hour
