**Position: Principal**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in school counseling or education or some other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in a high school as a teacher and admission leader.
- Familiar and ability with international student services coordination, assisting in admissions and marketing programs.
- Passionate and aggressive personality with excellent communication skills, leadership skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pursue the vision and execute the mission of Renaissance Academy. Serve as chief administrator and instructional leader for the school.
- Establishes and interprets personnel and educational policies and procedures for all phases of the school’s operation.
- Work closely with students, faculty, staff, parents and the community to resolve issues as needed.
- Maintain visibility with students, teachers, parents and the Board. Meets regularly with administration, faculty, staff, and students to organize and direct the school’s operation and promote a spirit of cooperation and mutual support.
- Direct and supervise the curriculum and guidance programs of the school.
- Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of curricular program and international programs.
- Provides quarterly and annual updates regarding student and school progress to all stakeholders.

**Benefits**:

- Hiring about $75,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, skills, and training.

Pay: $70,581.98 - $81,023.47 per year
