Lash Technician

**Qualifications**:

- have 2-3 years of experience offering eyelash extension services to client
- be certified in eyelash extensions
- hold a license in Esthetics or Cosmetology-be proficient in English and Spanish
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time

**Duties**:

- Perform eyelash extension services with precision and attention to detail
- Offer advice and consultation on eyelash care and maintenance
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional beauty services such as facials, massages, etc.
- Utilize social media platforms to showcase work and attract new clients
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments like brow lamination, eyelash lifting.
- Experience with botulinum toxin treatments is a plus
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional services
- Familiarity with spa scheduling and client management
- Ability to manage social media accounts for business promotion

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45,003.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Cosmetology License (required)
