Nurse Contract- Immediate Opening for Long-term Care

We have immediate openings for a contract LPN or RN looking to work at Hanover Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center.

**Pay rate**: $54/hour

**Shift differentials**:
Mondays-Thursdays:

- 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $4 per hour

Fridays-Sundays:

- 7-3: Extra $4 per hour
- 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $8 per hour

**Schedule and shifts available**:

- 12 hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a)
- 6-week full-time contract

**Requirements**:

- Valid nursing license in the state of NH
- At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care facility or nursing home
- Covid-19 vaccination

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care according to established nursing care plans
- Perform and document patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate patient care

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
