The Faith Formation Assistant assists with evangelization and discipleship efforts for two Catholic parish communities. The Faith Formation Assistant is a faithful Catholic disciple. They provide formation in knowing, loving, and serving Jesus to catechists, parents, and students, so that they can impact our community. The Faith Formation Assistant must demonstrate the ability to cultivate parent commitment to partner with the church for faith formation, and coordinate and form a pariah discipleship team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Form relationships oriented toward Jesus.
- Coordinate and form catechists and an apostolate volunteer team.
- Assist with catechesis for parents and children.
- Assist with sacramental preparation for Confession, First Communion and Confirmation
- Facilitate personal faith growth among students, parents, and discipleship leaders, so as to promote faith growth in parish families.

This position is a part position working approximately 15 hours per week. This position would include working some evenings and weekends.
