**Full-Time Customer Service Position selling wholesale metal & supplies to industry professionals and to the public.**

This position requires the ability to work a **40-hour week between 6:45am & 5:15pm Monday-Saturday**. The ability to work within those specific hours is a minimum requirement of the job.

This position requires previous cashiering & retail or wholesale customer service experience of at least 2 years. This includes but is not limited to; a general understanding of Windows-based computer systems, cash handling, and closing out of cash registers. This position could occasionally require lifting of up to 50 lbs. or more.

This position requires someone with a cheerful, outgoing, and sales-forward personality. Someone who can deliver exceptional customer service to our customers, both on-line & in store. This includes multi-tasking customers, handling walk-up customers, will-call pick-ups, & custom material ordering. This position also requires polite & timely handling of incoming phone calls including quoting of materials over the phone.

Some proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
