$1,000.00 - 3,000.00 Signing bonus available after 90 days, based on experience.

The inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts. The inspector should be computer-savvy and understand precision measurement, with exceptional technical skills to inspect finished parts and hardware, measuring tools, and visual techniques. Will train the right individual.

Primary Responsibilities:
CMM OPERATION AND PROGRAMMING
- Coordination of inspection activities with Inspectors, Programmers, and Machinists to ensure the work is performed properly under company policies and procedures.
- Conducts and documents first piece, first article, in-process, and finished product inspections to determine if products are in compliance with required specifications.
- Support internal machinists with measurements, problem resolution and print interpretation
- Read and interpret blueprints, 3D Models, engineering drawings and diagrams
- Inspect using manual hand gauges, thread and plug gauges, micrometers and calipers
- Ability to review data supplied with parts to acceptance criteria, such as: dimensional reports, traceability reports and certificates of conformity
- Ensures in-date calibrated measuring equipment is used for performing inspections

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday 7am to 5:30pm
- Friday 7am to 12 noon

**Experience**:

- GD&T: 1 year (preferred)

Coordinate Measuring Machine: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
