Fleet Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency. This is a crucial role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement fleet management strategies and policies
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and working condition
- Manage vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement processes
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to improve fuel efficiency
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime
- Evaluate and select vendors for vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in fleet management

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using fleet management software and tools
