We have an opening for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated, and reliable sales professional area servicing our retail partners in our Central PA territories.

**Position Summary**:Develop, Plan and Execute sales strategy for a defined channel under the direction of the Region Sales Manager based on WDI goals and data driven analysis. Responsible for communication and collaboration with the Sales Management Team, Relief Sales Representative(s), and Operations to ensure exemplary customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow and execute the SUCCESS and PROFITS Sales Process during all scheduled calls/visits.
- Presales call preparation is completed to process standards.
- Complete store survey to unlock opportunities and execute to process standards.
- Collaboration is thoroughly executed with the decision maker according to process standards.
- Product ordering and inventory is controlled with respect to process standards.
- Merchandising is executed to process standards.
- Reviewing the visit in summary is carried out to process standards.
- Communicating any critical information involving the account or market to process standards.
- Follow the Account Call Frequency within route accounting software and offer any changes or updates to the Region Sales Manager (RSM) and Director of Sales for approval.
- Execute the close to code and out of code product process and procedure accurately and consistently.
- Continually enhance business consultant capabilities to provide excellent customer service through sharing of best practices, emerging trends, knowledge of customer issues, and building relationships to increase market share.
- Execute monthly PFP and non-PFP objectives while keeping a focus on matching the features of the brands and packages to our retailers benefit.
- Review pricing and product placement at each account to ensure each item is priced and located correctly based on Wilsbachs in-market strategy.
- Relay non-scan and cooler set issues to Sr. Key Account Manager: Grocery, Convenience & Military and follow the Wilsbach shelf verification process.
- Manage sign budget by effectively allocating resources based on sales opportunity.
- Ensure all suppliers, accounts, and channels (regardless of size/scale) are serviced to WDI standards. (i.e., Non-Alcoholic portfolio)
- Adjust hours to support daily administrative tasks, promotions, holiday weekend events and possible workday overflow.
- Provide specific concise direction and objectives when working with Relief Sales Representatives to ensure efficiency.
- Identify and execute career development goals, including training and continued learning on a timely basis.
- Adhere to all W.E.A and A.O.E requirements
- Perform other duties as directed by the Sales & Marketing Management Team(s).
- Effective communication (written and oral) and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency when performing tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships internally and externally.
- Strong Knowledge of Wilsbach Distributors, Inc. portfolio of brands and packaging.
- Ability to understand, further develop and leverage analytical tools and data for in-market success, such as IDIG to review sales opportunities, development/performance measures, and KPI execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of M360, VIP Sales, IDIG and other software a plus. Ability to learn new software as needed.
- Daily travel throughout a region/territory accounts
- Driving: Valid and clean PA Drivers license required
- Minimum of H.S. Diploma or GED required plus three (3) years sales or distribution experience
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs as needed
