**The StretchLab Encino studio is looking for a Studio Manager Come join the market leader in one on one assisted stretching.**

The Studio Manager will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales, profitability and memberships. The Studio Manager is required to adhere to StretchLab standards and operating procedures. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff coordination and studio operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Implement and adhere to sales process to schedule prospects into Intro stretches, transition package owners to members, etc.
- Lead generation including networking/community events, social media, and promotions. Documentation of marketing plans, investments, and results.
- Drive Membership sales and retention through sales and business development efforts; and oversight and follow up on “lost sheep”
- Oversight of participants in health and other plans to include verification of eligibility and payment/re-imbursement
- Provide guidance to Sales Representatives. Ensure adherence by studio team to schedule during shifts.
- Lead and member task management.
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. Communication/delivery to studio owner of updated dashboard weekly and daily production report. Partner with studio owner on communication of results to team members.
- Provide high level customer service while adhering to standards. Member services including freezed/cancellations/collections. Thorough and detailed documentation of client, member, and team interactions.
- Documentation of activities and issues in the various trackers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 2+ years of fitness/wellness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and propose changes using good judgment.
- An affinity and passion for wellness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- Wages: Hourly Rate based on experience & performance. $22/hr to start
- Commission paid on sales
- Opportunity for monthly bonus, based on performance
