Pp Laminator

As a **PP Laminator** you will be laminating polypropylene panels per work order.

Currently there is an opening for a **PP Laminator** in our **Plastics** division on **1st shift (Monday - Thursday 6:30AM to 4:30PM)**

**Plastics PP Laminator**: Starting at $19.58 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Determine the customer requirements per the work order.
- Turn on laminator to correct heat settings.
- Check gap distance between the rollers.
- Insert polypropylene panel into the laminator.
- Trim cut panels with safety knife.
- Perform and record all necessary information to ensure traceability and quality.
- Report production results at the end of the shift on all necessary documents and or software.
- Properly identify all material to ensure traceability.
- Follow all work orders and process specifications.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Assist panel saw operator as needed.
- Package finished product.
- Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful.
- Improve job efficiency and performance through idea suggestions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime
- Mechanically inclined
