**Statement of Job**:
The primary responsibility of the Corporate Events Greeter is to welcome all guests to the Corporate Events area by giving them accurate information about their Event while also being the point of contact throughout their day. Under the guidance of the Events Manager, the Corporate Events Greeter must continuously provide ongoing communication with all personnel involved, including guests and other members of the Events team. In addition, the Corporate Events Greeter must demonstrate the ability to multitask and must be responsive to the needs of our guests to provide a superior level of customer service.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Place corresponding wristbands on guests’ wrists and inform them of the inclusions of their events, including activities, food package, and any extras.
- Count wristbands to ensure the numbers are accurate to those on the event packet.
- Review packet details and relay information to other members of the Events team
- Remain as Point of Contact for the event and ensure proper information is being communicated to the client.
- Routinely check tents and lines in the Event area, ensuring guests have proper wristbands on
- Ensure final band counts are accurate as possible, including any comments from Event contact or Greeter.
- Bring any concerns to Event Manager to provide an adequate guest experience.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Clear tables after guests leave.
- Wash tables
- Ensure cleanliness of Events area throughout the day.
- Available to be hands on during the event, if needed (Griller, Server, Etc.)
- Available/flexible to assist with other departments, if necessary (including holidays)

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate, concise and can pay attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
