**We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounting Clerk / Human Resource Admin.**

**Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., additional time as needed**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the other department managers to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Post journal entries and aspects of A/P
- Support successful month, quarterly, and yearly-end closing processes.
- HR onboarding of new employees and termination packets.
- You will be responsible for many aspects of HR activities for the organization
- Implement support company culture, values, and policies.
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Human Resource experience.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, (GAAP) practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Highly proficient with accounting software and databases. Net Suite or other extensive automated accounting systems would be a plus.
- Excellent computer proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ,detail and deadline-oriented.
- Willing to obtain HR certification.
