Sorbent/autofill Specialist

We are looking for a **_Sorbent/Auto-Fill Specialist _**who will be ready to hit the ground running and assist our assembly and shipping department with the daily operation of our auto-fill machine and efficiently carry out the operation of bulk sorbent blending and packing sorbent into smaller quantities for resales. **Some duties and responsibilities** **are as follows**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Packing down bulk sorbents into smaller quantities as finished products for resale.
- Mixing and blending bulk sorbents as raw materials for assembly.
- Heating bulk sorbents in the oven.
- Operating the auto-filler to fill Thermo well plates orders.
- Cleaning and maintaining the auto-fill machine and the oven.
- Insert polyethylene disks (frits) into tubes.
- Learn, use care, and adjust of simple powder filling device (trigger operated).
- Fill tubes with powder according to job order.
- Inspect tubes for quality acceptance.
- Label and package tubes for shipping.
- Keep detailed records of production, inspection, and shipments.
- Cut polyethylene disks (frits) using a due and hammer.

**Education required**: High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
