**Job Overview**:

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to schedule virtual and onsite interview
- Ensures each member of the interview team has appropriate documentation, including the resume, contact information, and interview feedback forms.
- Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings with in-demand executives
- Manage multiple tasks and action items with high urgency (documentation, follow-up up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on all deliverables across projects
- Rescheduling as needed
- Prioritize critical tasks and projects with mínimal guidance
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of recent high-volume scheduling support experience
- Heavy calendaring experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook calendaring, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic reporting

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with senior executives in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to use excellent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, ambiguous, and autonomous work environment.
- Loves solving coordination problems and challenges

**Preferences**:

- Experience working with a modern applicant tracking system such as Workday

Interest in contributing to a growing team and function, with a desire to help set up best-in-class processes

**Pay Range**:
$21.58-$32.37/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
