Groundsman

We are currently looking for a groundsman to help maintain our beautiful property and keep it clean A customer’s experience starts once they set foot on the property and look around.

The job for the groundsman is making sure the property looks good and clean. We need someone who is willing to be on their feet for 8 plus hours a day and walk around the property for their entire shift.

Duties include:
Picking up trash laying on the ground, pick up animal waste (if found), use a leaf blower to blow any debris off property, empty trash cans, pick up thrown down cigarettes, help housekeeping by taking any large trash bags to the dumpster, and other duties as well.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
