**What you will be doing**:
Contracts and Subcontract Management:

- Provide full life-cycle contract management of various contract types, complexities, and sizes that will consist of monitoring contract period of performance, funding, and invoices/budgets to mitigate cost overruns.
- Provide status reporting (monthly or as needed) to keep Senior Leadership and Program Management appraised of contract status and pending actions.
- Oversee all aspects of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
- Maintain Contract management status and contract data repository in SharePoint site ensuring proper documentation is retained to successfully complete audits.
- Prepare, review, administer, and negotiate all contractual documents including NDAs, TAs, OCI Plans, Subcontracts, Modifications, Consulting Agreements, etc., to ensure compliance with company policies/objectives, applicable law, and acceptability of terms/laws/FAR clauses.
- Act as signature authority for contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Execute and track status of new contracts, modifications, OCIs, and other contractual documents.
- Ensure JASINT is compliant with all contract terms and conditions to include COIs, billing frequency, etc.
- Coordinate and correspond between JASINT PMs and customer (Gov and Primes) contracts management teams to ensure funding levels, work authorizations, contract status, etc. are satisfactory. Advise executive/project leaders of rights/obligations under contract/agreement terms and make recommendations; perform legal research as needed.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure contracts and mods are set up properly regarding charge codes, billing, timesheet reconciliation and invoicing.
- Maintain supplier (subK) contracts tracking expenditures against budget or funding provided in the subcontract agreements.
- Maintain SAM profile.
- Review, administer, and negotiate additional corporate agreements such as leases, subscriptions, and professional service agreements.
- ITAR
- Submit requests for licenses and/or waivers to DOS, DOC or NSA as appropriate.
- Create a corporate compliance program to include policies and procedures for training, tracking and reporting.
- Work with HR to create and implement employee training program.
- Work with FSO/CSSO to create tracking, reporting and storage of classified information.

New Business:

- Work with Business Development to develop and execute NDAs, TAs and other new business-related documents.
- Support cost proposal narrative development in relation to contractual obligations, Federal Acquisition Regulations, clauses, pricing flow-downs, etc.

**Position Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Experience_
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in government contract compliance.
- Prior experience working with Prime Contracts is required.
- Education:_
- Bachelor’s Degree in contract management, business management or related fields
- Three (3) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge/Skills_:

- Working knowledge of the various contract types and terms.
- Working Knowledge of the FAR/DFAR, procedures federal regulations and statues is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn management system, processes, and procedures.
- Have superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITAR experience
- Experience managing Joint Ventures

**Physical Demands**:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to move files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
