The Asset Administrator is responsible for the coordination and administration of Lease Buyout, Usage Conversion, Usage/Lease returns, and scrap processing. The position will also support Renewed, Wholesale and Trade-in orders as well as long-term rental fleet return processing, maintaining companywide asset inventory and assisting Renewed Manager as required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Initiates lease buyout requests with Raymond Leasing
- Collaborates with Contract Services regarding Lease-to-Usage Conversions
- Communicate with Sales Team regarding billing changes and obtain customer billing requirements/Purchase Order
- Coordinates Lease/Usage return process with local and out-of-state Service Departments securing final asset inspections, cradling and transportation.
- Facilitate long term asset failure resolution in collaboration with Contract Services & Sales teams
- Collaborates with Transportation Team to schedule shipping/receiving arrangements.
- Assist Renewed with Used Equipment order administration processes
- Sources equipment via internal inventory, Ray Lease, Raymond Dealer Network and Wholesale options, based on requested specifications and provides used price quotes based on age and condition of unit(s).
- Evaluates Raymond and competitive equipment for trade-in values.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with applicable vendors.
- Maintains contact with the public, customers, vendors and other employees for the use of information exchange.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of inventory management and asset allocation.
- Skilled in time-management and able to work independently.
- Skilled in customer relations.
- Skilled in both written and oral communications.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer accounts.

**Education and Experience**
- Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/ GED and 3 years of experience in material handling industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
