**Member Frontline Role Overview**
The Member Frontline Associate is an important role ensuring a fast, friendly and accurate experience on the front end. In this position, associates will ensure our members have a seamless experience while checking out using belted registers and assisting at the membership desk. They will be primarily focused on three things: great member service, value of the card and assisting with returns.

It will be important to communicate the value of the card and how to utilize Scan & Go and increase member adoption will be vital. They will also focus on teaching members and fellow associates on utilizing scan and go and assist at the SCO and exit door to fill in for breaks and lunches.

The Member Frontline has primary responsibility for both the belted registers and the service desk. Fully learning all tasks allows transition associates across the front end, assisting where needed. The Frontline and Specialist roles must work together. 

Each role has primary responsibilities; however, all associates work as ONE team to support the member. 

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create a memorable experience for our members.
- Work belted registers.
- Process returns.
- Process memberships.
- Understand new technology.
- Train across the Member Work Group.
- Assist with self-checkout registers and the exit door, as needed.
- Prevent shrink.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to bend, squat and stand for long periods of time.
- Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service/Sales: 1 year (preferred)
