Relief Night Auditor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated relief Night Auditor to join our team 2 nights a week. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
**Duties**:
- Conduct the nightly audit process efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with security functions during the night hours
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Set-up display ware for breakfast buffet
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work effectively during night hours and handle tasks independently
- Proficiency in using hotel management software for night audit procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
