Fleet Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are in safe and reliable condition
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, registrations, and licensing to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs
- Manage fleet inventory, including tracking vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and replacement cycles
- Collaborate with drivers to address any concerns or issues related to vehicle performance or safety
- Analyze data on fleet performance and generate reports on key metrics such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology

**Requirements**:

- Biligual in Spanish and English. Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet management best practices and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team of drivers and mechanics
- Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
