Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Kitchen & bath CRATE is looking for a new full-time lead technician, skilled in finish carpentry, light demolition, plumbing and electrical to help us implement our kitchen and bathroom remodeling concepts. If you love to build, make customers happy, produce remarkable products and work well with a group of like-minded folks, this is the job for you.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Highly skilled in finish and rough carpentry.
- Expert working knowledge of residential electrical and plumbing codes.
- Must be able to run home runs to the box, change out and add new breakers, wire three and four way lighting.
- Must be able to sweat copper pipes, install new shower valves and diverters, run new drain and vent piping.
- Significant experience with proper light demolition techniques.
- Able to lift 100 pounds on your own to accomplish work related tasks.

**Greatly Desired Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of all interior finished and construction methodologies.
- Experience in running code-compliant gas lines.
- Proficient in touch up painting and small drywall repairs.

**Required Tools**:

- Your own personal hand tools needed to conduct aspects of the job.
- A clean, serviceable and reliable vehicle to be used in the conduct of the job.
- A clean DMV record and proof thereof.

- Ensure technicians and technicians in training are executing on the project managers directions while assisting and training in various aspects of construction to ensure the projects are completed to CRATE standards.
- Work in customer’s homes to modify and build beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing and electrical work to modify existing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Communicate daily with the project manager to update regarding progress on site.

**Compensation**:
Compensation contingent upon experience. Hourly rate between $25-30 / hour.
