**QUALIFICATIONS**
- _3+ years previous auto upholstery experience (preferred)_
- _Ability to operate an industrial sewing machine, hand and power tools, and other industrial equipment_
- _Convertible Top Installation_
- _Carpet Installation_
- _Custom Design & Fabrication_
- _Patterning & Sewing_
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced environment_
- _Team player with strong organizational skills._

**What we Require**:
**Education/Experience Required**:

- _The applicant should be confident and have 3+ years of experience in the automotive upholstery industry. Must be reliable and seeking a long-term career within the company. (experience requirement could be reduced based on Portfolio)_
- _Formal training or significant experience in high end automobiles, classic cars and automotive interior fabrication_

**Upholstery Skills Required**:

- _Ability to work with all types of materials including leathers, vinyl, cloth, and carpet_
- _Seat foam fabrication (build up and contour foam)_
- _Ability to use industrial sewing machine, with experience in a variety of stitching styles and threads to duplicate original and custom seat patterns_
- _Must have a strong emphasis on attention to detail and appreciate luxury vehicles_
- _Experience in custom design_

**Responsibilities included but not limited to**:

- _Working with various types of materials, drawing, and cutting patterns, and sewing using commercial grade sewing machines_
- _Auto interior removal and installation, seat tear down, frame restoration foam cutting, seat rebuilding_
- _Headliner removal, repair, and installation_
- _Creating of patterns and templates_
- _Fabricating and installing interiors_
- _Maintains records of time required to perform each job and the materials used_

**General Requirements**:

- _Work well individually and as a member of a team_
- _Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand and sit for long periods of time_
- _Good communication skills, written & spoken_
- _Must be Punctual_
- _Self-motivated_
- _Detail oriented_

**Job Types**: _Full-time_

**Benefit Conditions**:

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
