- Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Programmer Analyst I for the Office of Information Technology-Enterprise Application Services (OIT-EAS).

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

- Updates and documents operational cookbook, performs analysis, update rule library, system flow, and design to maintain, extend, and evolve Identity Management services consistent with the needs of the University.
- Serves as the primary programmer for data services, data feed and other enhancements.
- Serves as the main liaison for RBHS IdM data services in coordinating with data management ensuring data governance best practice is followed.
- Investigates and resolves system outages and escalated client issues. Occasional after-hours work may be required.
- Serves as the IdM expert in MFA tokens distribution, working with central and departmental help desk unit to ensure sustainable inventory.
- Performs data analysis to identify issues related to users provisioning and work as the liaison with university source systems support to provide resolution to data mismatches, inconsistent and conflicts.

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of IT enterprise solution experience is required.
- Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements.

- Strong Communication/Written/Verbal skills.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience in troubleshooting and assisting clients with issues related to Data.
- Strong MS excel or equivalent knowledge.
- Work independently with minimum subversions.
