**Minimum Requirements & Skills**:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 2-4 years of experience in site development engineering
- SC EIT Certification
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Technical design skills & experience in site development civil engineering
- Site Design including site layout, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and erosion control
- Engineering Calculations to support design

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize CAD software such as Civil 3D to assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop construction plans and schematics.
- Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Utilize software like Storm & Sanitary Analysis and WaterCAD for engineering calculations and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation related to civil engineering projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the engineering projects through effective communication and collaboration.
