Turnover Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
Cleaning and Sanitization:
Ensure complete cleanliness of all property rooms.
Prioritize a fresh and welcoming environment with spotless surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
Regularly change bed linens and towels.

Hot tub maintenance/chemical balance

Restocking and Inventory Management:
Ensure essential supplies are always available.
Promptly report any necessary maintenance or repairs.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough property inspections to guarantee our high standards are met.

Guest Communication:
Promptly address guest needs, such as facilitating early item drops.

Scheduling and Time Management:
Coordinate with our operations manager regarding your availability.
Prioritize efficiency and timeliness in property turnover.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in the hospitality industry's cleaning or property turnover is an advantage.
A capable vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to work throughout Shenandoah Valley, primarily Page and Rockingham counties.
An unwavering commitment to cleanliness and detail.
Capability to thrive independently in a dynamic setting.
Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with cleaning essentials and tools.
Openness to working on weekends and holidays when necessary.

**Physical Demands**:
Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks and up to 40 pounds.
Comfort with using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Compensation, Benefits, and Bonuses:
**Compensation Structure**:
Small Homes:
Solo Clean: $55 per clean

Medium Homes:
Solo Clean: $80 per clean

Large Homes:
Solo Clean: $110 per clean

**Bonus Structure**:
Performance-Based Bonus (With Tenure Integration):
First Year: Qualify for an $80 bonus quarterly by maintaining a rating above 4.8/5 or 9.5/10.

Second Year and Beyond: Earn a $100 bonus quarterly with the same high rating.

Attendance and Punctuality Bonus:
Earn a quarterly bonus of $50-$70 for consistent attendance and timely arrivals.

Referral Bonus:
Example Calculation for a Cleaner in their second year, with excellent performance and attendance:
Performance Bonus: $100
Attendance and Punctuality Bonus: $70 (maximum)
Refer one friend who completed the probationary period during the quarter: $100
Total Quarterly Bonus: $270

**Handling of Linens**:
You will be expected to wash the linens at the property. If guests leave towels in the washing machine, you can finish washing those on-site. Otherwise, you will drop off all used linens at our Shenandoah Office for laundering. We will have opportunities for second shift work as a Linen Specialist to help you maximize your income in the future if that is of interest to you.
