**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations across the organization.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Lead and support the training and development of operational staff.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

**Critical Skills & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar industry or organization is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
