Are you an experienced painter looking for a fresh start? Do you believe it's possible to paint a

**Are you the right fit?**
- You have over 1 year experience in the painting industry and can demonstrate your

ability to prep, brush, roll, and/or spray
- You are capable of completing quality jobs on budget and are excited to continue to

develop your skills
- You excel in professionalism, attitude, and trust
- You have strong communication and customer service skills
- You take pride in your work and like working closely with a team to hit goals
- You are happy to work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors
- You have reliable transportation to get to job sites each day
- You are looking for compensation ranging from $15-30 per hour (based on experience)

**A day in the life**
- You’ll arrive on time to meet with the team and review the plan for the project
- You’ll prepare, paint and cleanup jobs efficiently with a focus on detail
- Throughout the day your Job Site Manager will give you feedback and support
- You’ll serve customers with a “How can I help you?” attitude
- You’ll learn new skills and feel a daily sense of accomplishment from a job well done
- You’ll be provided with all the tools and materials required for the job
- You’ll produce amazing paint projects that will make our customers say “WOW”

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No nights
