The Loan Processing and Quality Assurance Associate (Associate) will work with the Loan Operations & Administration Director and Manager on assigned tasks in support of CFC Lending activities and the Member Services Group.
- Responsible for recording receipt of loan documents and tracking documents through loan processing lifecycle. Ensure processing is complete in accordance with established timelines.
- Responsible for creating cover letters to members.
- Responsible for ensuring all copies of necessary loan documents for member mailing are assembled, obtain necessary loan document signatures from authorized staff, create mailing labels, and assemble package for mailing.
- Document found QA exceptions and work with appropriate departments (Legal, MSG) to resolve issue. Confirm correction in place before documents are released to member.
- Notify process stakeholders of completion of deals to facilitate timely funding to members.
- Assist on special projects and in other duties as assigned.
