Here's what you need to truly excel as our Nursing Director - RN:

- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with at least half of that time working in home health or a related healthcare organization
- Experience directly supervising employees
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull (varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client)
- Flexibility to travel daily, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly analytical with strong critical thinking abilities

Having a bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred but not required Policy development experience and case management skills are also a plus
