Position Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. As a Logistics Coordinator, customer satisfaction is a priority as this is how business remains successful. Additionally, a Logistics Coordinator is well-versed in logistics principles and practices. Responding immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule is essential to this position. Experience in the Logistics environment is a must with experience of International shipping and related export documentation. Goods certification is nice to have. Ability to work with little supervision and excellent attention to detail are key requirements for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities for Logistics Coordinator**
- Track orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Communicate with Freight Forwarders in relation to claims, damage etc.
- Maintain logs and records of all logistics documents as per Pure’s Internal Control Policy.
- Prepare accurate reports for Senior Management.
- Audit and check all freight invoices in line with Pure Agreed freight rates.
- The management and updating of SOPs and other related required documented processes.
- To carry out specific tasks relevant to the Logistics assigned by the Logistics Management.
- East Coast coverage for Logistics and Field Engineer escalations (Follow the sun model)
- Reporting and monitoring of dispatches, replenishments, and KPI’ as it relates to service logistics supporting regional management

Qualifications:
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO TEAM**
- 3-5 years experience working in Logistics.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Knowledge of Customs regulations, documents etc.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Previous experience working in Logistics.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- SAP knowledge
