Draftsperson

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Chief Architect.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements
- Develop 3D animations and schematics for visual representation
- Assist in the build process by providing accurate and precise drawings
- Utilize Buildertrend for project coordination

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. Chief Architect a plus.
- Experience in design and drafting
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
