Bank Teller

NCPD Federal Credit Union takes pride in providing superior member and financial services. To continue in achieving this end and to support the credit union’s continuous growth, we are seeking a dynamic and pleasant Teller-Floater to support our members at our Plainview and Mineola branches.

**The Teller's Responsibilities and Duties will include**:

- Responding to members and assisting in the processing of various financial transactions.
- Processing account transactions, issuing bank checks.
- Ordering/shipping currency and coin.
- Proving the vault, ATM and coin counting machine daily.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members, assisting others as needed.
- Being committed to success

**Qualifications and Skills required for the Teller position are**:

- A minimum of 3 months of previous relevant work experience. Previous experience at a credit union is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and tact as this position interfaces with internal staff and members.
- Great communication skills as this position will be required to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms.
