Sports Facility Attendant

As a Sports Facility Attendant at The Big House, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of our prestigious sports venue. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Regularly perform cleaning duties such as trash removal, dust mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.

2. **Setup and Teardown**: Assist in the setup and takedown of equipment, seating arrangements, and other necessary items before and after sporting events. This includes arranging seating, setting up signage, and preparing equipment for use.

3. **Event Support**: Collaborate with event staff to ensure all necessary preparations are made for upcoming events. This may involve coordinating with different departments to fulfill specific event requirements.

4. **Safety and Security**: Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff by promptly addressing any safety hazards or concerns that arise during your shift.

5. **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to patrons as needed, including directing them to their seats, answering questions about the facility, and addressing any concerns they may have.

**Qualifications**:

- Interest in working in Sports.
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
