**What We Require**

Maid Sharks requires the following to ensure we continue to grow an outstanding team that provides a high level of service for our clients:

- **Professional Cleaning Experience**: This position REQUIRES 1+ years of professional cleaning experience (Your resume must clearly indicate this). We value your expertise in delivering top-notch cleaning services.
- **Legally Authorized to Work**: You must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- **Criminal Background Check**: We require a clean criminal background check for all of our team members.
- **Reliable Smart Phone**: You should have a reliable smart phone that has text, web, and data capabilities.
- **Reliable Transportation**: You should have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation for commuting to and from job sites.
- **Physical Stamina**: This position requires the ability to perform tasks that include lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, standing, reaching, and walking for extended periods.
- **Cleaning Supplies**: You should be able to provide essential tools such as a vacuum, mop, step stool, and the cleaning products you prefer to use.
- **Proof of Insurance**: You must be able to provide proof of insurance before working at a client site.
- **Consistency and Reliability**: Taking pride in your work and consistently delivering high-quality results is essential to us.
- **Able to Work Independently and with a Team**: This position requires the flexibility to work well with others and on your own.
- **Basic English Language Skills**: Effective communication is key to providing the best service to our clients.
- **Can Provide 2+ Professional References**: These references should speak to your reliability, flexibility, communication skills, and cleaning abilities.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing residential and commercial spaces with attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs.
- Leverage cleaning experience to efficiently clean and maintain different areas with effective cleaning products.
- Utilize time management skills for planning and executing cleaning tasks promptly to ensure thoroughness within allocated time frames, enabling a smooth transition to subsequent assignments.
- Be able to work independently and with a team for larger home and office cleans.
