**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals in accordance with their personalized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment if necessary
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence and promoting their overall well-being
- Foster a safe and comfortable environment for residents or clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel
- Practice behavior management techniques when necessary to ensure a calm and supportive environment
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques, behavior management, and resident rights is a plus
- Ability to lift and move residents or clients safely, following proper lifting techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
