Job Title: Homemaker/Companion

**Job Description**:
Join our team as a Homemaker/Companion at our non-medical home care agency. You'll provide essential support and companionship to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care and medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients on outings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

- Flexible scheduling.
- Work primarily in clients' homes.
- Physical stamina may be required.

Pay: $16.69 - $17.00 per hour

- Caregiving: 1 year (required)
