Soft Wash

Operate softwash, pressure wash, and window cleaning equipment. MUST be able to make independent decisions and MUST speak in a professional manner to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Eye for detail
- Must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions (hot and cold)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18

Things we consider a plus:

- Mechanically inclined
- Experience working on engines
- Prior softwash, pressure wash, or window cleaning experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Will work indoor and outdoor
- Manage time effectively, disciplined daily activities
- Supports staff and performs other duties as assigned
- Follow company policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance,

accepting of feedback and coaching

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license with good driving record

Physical Requirements:

- The physical environment and nature of this job will require the employee to work

both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid conditions while pressure washing
- Daily work requires intermittent periods during which continuous but limited physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
