**Main Purpose of Job**:
This position provides Direct Clinical Services to clients, including assessment, group sessions, and individual sessions. Individual sessions will include treatment planning, aftercare planning, and ongoing assessment of appropriate community referral, continued treatment need, and appropriate level of care. Provides Case Management/Re-Entry Services to clients, including, but not limited to completion of initial screenings, referrals to community programs and services, collaboration with FCADC providers and staff, and maintaining contact/working relationships with local providers. Completes accurate and timely documentation of all clinical and case management services provided in the EHR and paper record.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists under the requirements for Certified Associate Counselors-Alcohol and Drug.

**Experience**: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists under the certification requirements for Certified Associate Counselors-Alcohol and Drug.

**LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS**:
2. Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
