**YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A HR GENERALIST**:
As a Human Resource Generalist at Outreach, Inc., you will take charge of the daily HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, conducting interviews, and managing employee benefits. Your role will involve overseeing compliance with training requirements, collaborating with managers for recruitment, and implementing orientation programs. Additionally, you'll handle performance management, safety protocols, and employee relations, making a significant impact on organizational success. Remaining up-to-date with employment laws and industry practices will be crucial as you contribute to maintaining a professional and customer-focused work environment.

**WOULD YOU BE A GREAT HR GENERALIST?**:
Upholding integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality is paramount in this role, along with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software is a must, along with the ability to adapt to new HRIS and talent management systems. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, with additional certifications like SHRM-CP and experience in mental health or substance use treatment fields considered advantageous.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources; Business Administration or related field required. Graduate degree in Human Services a plus
- At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
- HR certification while not required is preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
- Experience working in the mental health and/or substance use treatment field is a plus.
