- Communicate with tact and professionalism at all times

**Development**:

- Learn all product, service and customer experience skills to deliver the best experience to our customers
- Able to self-motivate and achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with management in the development of training materials that lead to the premium level of customer experience delivered
- Promote morale; encouraging and maintaining conversations positive

**Inventory**:

- Assist with product, feeders, and animal inventorying
- Product facing
- Accurate pricing

**Safety**:

- Identify and address hazards promptly (slip, trip, etc.)
- Ensure proper animal handling at all times
- Proper equipment being used
- Prevent theft

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math
- Prior experience in sales or related field
- Upselling and product demonstration experience is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
