European style bakery café is currently looking for a talented and passionate Cookie Baker/Decorator to join our team.
- Mix, prep and bake various types of cookies, brownies, blondies, biscottis, etc.
- Proficient in decorating cookies using royal icing.
- Able to follow recipes precisely.
- Identify and safely use all bakery equipment.
- Read, measure, and execute recipes to include conversion capabilities.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Perform all other job-related duties as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen station and work area.
- Ability to manage time effectively.

**Requirements**:

- An eye for details.
- At least 2 year of relative baking experience.
- Comfortable with preparing and working with royal icing.
- Motivated and eager to learn, with high standards for product quality.
- Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and early mornings.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral form.

Commensurate with experience.
