As a **Sales Manager** at **Proliance** **General Contractors**, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our sales team while shaping the future vision of the company and enhancing the experience of our clients. Your leadership will not only contribute to achieving our revenue goals but also empower and change the lives of our teammates through training, coaching, and mentoring. You will be responsible for leading our Recruiting team, inside sales, Apprentices, Public Adjusters, and Exterior Design Specialists, ensuring high standards, and driving the team to success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and grow sales teams to achieve revenue numbers 10M+.
- Engage, educate, set an example, and hold accountable for results.
- Perform and train team members on Canvassing the communities, following up, and closing deals.
- Manage territories effectively and implement new lead sources.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Proliance products and services.
- Manage expectations of apprentices and public adjuster teams.
- Create and use reports to make informed decisions.
- Foster a culture of learning, self-development, and high performance.
- Ensure the sales team makes progress towards their weekly goals.
- Document and review meetings with the team to achieve company and personal goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in leading and growing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to connect with team members and clients.
- Strong understanding of construction/roofing industry practices and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Current IL Licensed Public Adjuster license, or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Base pay plus Commission (80k to 250k)
- Bi-Weekly Pay
- Eligibility for Supervisor/Manager benefits package after 90 days of employment
