Role Summary:
The Anthropologie Styling Assistant is required to be on set all day, assisting the lead stylist by preparing outfits, managing logistics, making adjustments, and solving any issues that arise to ensure the shoot runs smoothly and successfully.

Role Responsibilities:
**Preparation**: Styling assistants are often responsible for organizing and preparing all the clothing, accessories, and other styling elements before the shoot. This includes steaming, ironing, and ensuring that all items are in pristine condition.**On-set Support**: Once on set, they assist the lead stylist by helping with quick changes, making adjustments to outfits, and ensuring that everything looks perfect on camera. On-set, unexpected issues can arise. Styling assistants must be quick thinkers, ready to solve problems like wardrobe malfunctions or missing items. Scan primary items into Shotflow. Communicate with digital tech on set.**Logistics Management**: They handle the logístical aspects, such as managing the wardrobe inventory, tracking borrowed items, and ensuring that all pieces are returned in good condition.
- ** Post-set Organization/Clean up**:Ensure all clothing and accessories are put back in the closet neatly. Dirty robes and slippers put in laundry bin. Put all return apparel on return racks. Make sure that your set area is clean with nothing left behind. The assistants are the backbone to keeping the closet organized. Every rack is organized by color and type of product. (ie stapeless tops first, tank tops, short sleeve, long sleeve, etc.)

Role Qualifications:

- **Adaptable and Sense of Urgency**: Styling Assistants often use these opportunities to learn from lead stylists and gain hands-on experience. They must be adaptable, able to work in fast-paced environments, and open to taking on various tasks as needed.
