Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects and ensuring worksites are safe and efficient. We are hiring all skill ranges.

**Duties**:

- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate and care for construction equipment and tools
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Opportunity to learn all aspects of construction with hands on training
- Framing, flooring, tile, painting, trim, decks, retaining walls, siding, windows, doors, cabinets, custom woodwork, etc

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in construction or a related field is great but not necessary
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
- Fast Learner
- Interested in learning the trades and growing in the industry
- Reliable transportation
- Job sites range within 45 min of Walworth county.
