**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.
- Utilize computerized systems to provide price quotes, update customer records, and keep Shinosaur operations running smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing and proofreading, ensuring all documents and materials are error-free and of high quality.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Work effectively with mínimal supervision, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office setting.
- Strong background in customer service and support, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems, including creating documents and inputting information into spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in a fast-paced environment.

- Answer the phone during business hours, and respond to calls within 10 minutes if unable to answer the phone.
- Heavy focus on securing new clients and keeping existing clients
- Answer client messages the same day if received during business hours, or answer a message after business hours if it is urgent (such as a last-minute client cancellation)
- Must be available to check messages starting at 8am Monday through Friday for any urgent cancellations, and to assist executive team leader with changing the schedule or contacting clients for any last-minute employee call-outs.
- Always on-call during non-business hours as needed only for urgent cancellations.
- Skillfully arrange the schedule 4 weeks out, based on client preferences, staff strengths, staff locations, and staff availability.
- Minimize last-minute schedule changes to our clients whenever possible. We actively try to prevent client stress AND employee stress with last minute changes, unless absolutely necessary. (Clients and employees who are not stressed out tend to stay long term)
- Must be available to assist the cleaning team on appointments during very rare situations with advanced notice, such as very large “all-hands-on-deck” appointments, or during holiday weeks.
- Address all client concerns - forward issues to executive team leader when team member coaching is necessary.
- Fill out the weekly finance spreadsheet with required information.
- Create documents as needed in Google Drive
- Edit spreadsheets as needed in Google Sheets
- Cover admin duties of other locations when needed. (During their vacation, extended illness, etc)
- Participate in one marketing day per month.
- Consistently provide all clients with the high quality service that Shinosaur is known for
