**Intro: Must have STRONG financial sense, excellent patient customer care, looking to work with physician and to grow practice through enterprise working** **effectively setting systems into place by optimizing staff support, ensuring patient satisfaction and developing business growth.**

**Main** **Job** **Tasks** **and** **Responsibilities**

Assist Practice Owner & physician by managing and completing administrative tasks and projects to help assist in managing the practice. Also, expertise in Medical Billing & Collections of patient account receivable. Manage the finances of the practice for positive growth, mitigate overhead and look to actively increase practice revenue. Offer solution-based management skills in ensuring smooth functioning of practice. Hire, manage, and train staff.

Develop an understanding of office policies & monitor & implement their compliance. Strong understanding of Medical Billing required to manage and process patient and insurance inquiries.

- Billing and Management of Patient Account Receivable
- Optimizing Patient Census Benchmarks through Operational processes
- Facilitating patients' inquiries and concerns and ensure patient satisfaction
- Community outreach & Business Development for Medical & Aesthetics Practice
- Surgical Scheduling responsibilities
- Medical Credentialing
- Manage and hire Staff
- Oversee payroll
- Monitor and evaluate staff to meet operational requirements
- Enhancing the growth of Aesthetics through outreach and marketing and new business development skills

45-50 hrs/ weekly

SPANISH IS A STRONG PLUS

**KEY SKILL SET REQUIRED: Medical Billing, Revenue Management, Leadership, Independence, Problem Solving Skills of Complex Mangement and Business Development Issues, Staff Management**

**Experience** Masters degree or Bachelors degree in a related field strongly preferred. Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).
- An advanced knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
- Human Resource management principles and practice knowledge of medical coding, knowledge of medical issues and terminology, knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws.
