**General Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating assigned construction inspection work on multiple projects, including meeting schedules and budgets.
- Supervision of construction inspection personnel; develop and mentor team members on a daily basis
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and provide input on the direction of the group
- Promote a safe work environment by monitoring operations to ensure that employees and third-party Contractors comply with safety and operating rules, policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Must be able to immediately respond to safety concerns as they arise.
- Build a positive relationship with employees, clients, third-party Contractors and public entities based on mutual respect and strong business ethics.
- Direct, coordinate activities, and allocate the proper resources to meet construction project demands and ensure quality, responsive services to clients.

**Required Education**:

- High School Graduate

**Required Experience**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
