Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare submittal packages for the project engineer's review and approval.
- Create and modify drawings and designs for low voltage systems using AutoCAD software.
- Work with the estimating team, project managers, and clients to ensure that submittal books and drawings are accurate and meet all necessary specifications.
- Ensure that submittal books and drawings are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all submittals, drawings, and designs.
- Update existing drawings to reflect changes in design or specifications.
- Prepare detailed plans and layouts for construction projects.
- Perform quality control checks on all completed drawings and submittal books.
- Create closeout packages for submission to the end user at the conclusion of each project.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF editing software, and AutoCAD software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
